VDE LIHH Wire is a halogen-free, flexible control cable designed for indoor signal and control applications in industrial automation, office equipment, and measuring devices.

Constructed with Class 5 tinned or bare copper stranded conductors per DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228, it ensures superior flexibility and reliable signal transmission. The insulation and outer sheath are made from halogen-free thermoplastic, eliminating toxic or corrosive fumes during fire — meeting IEC 60754 and EN 50267 safety standards.

Rated for 250–350V and operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C, it withstands dry, moist, and wet indoor environments. Certified to VDE 0482-266-2-4 and IEC 60332-1-2, it passes vertical flame tests for enhanced fire safety.

Color-coded cores follow DIN 47100 for easy polarity identification. RoHS-compliant and ideal for control panels, intercom systems, electronic scales, and automation wiring — but not for outdoor or high-mechanical-stress use.
